Access to participant account information is available by phone
By providing easy-to-use automated account access, the Voice Response Unit (VRU) gives participants the kind of interactive communication they have come to expect. By simply responding to a series of automatic voice prompts, participants can make account balance inquiries, fund transfers and more - all by phone.
With the VRU, participants can:
- Access current account balances, fund information and contribution sources
- Update investment elections
- Receive information on any outstanding Participant loans
- Model or request a new Participant loan (if your plan allows)
- Perform fund transfers
