Access to participant account information is available by phone

By providing easy-to-use automated account access, the Voice Response Unit (VRU) gives participants the kind of interactive communication they have come to expect. By simply responding to a series of automatic voice prompts, participants can make account balance inquiries, fund transfers and more - all by phone.

With the VRU, participants can:

  • Access current account balances, fund information and contribution sources


  • Update investment elections


  • Receive information on any outstanding Participant loans


  • Model or request a new Participant loan (if your plan allows)


  • Perform fund transfers
